Minister's Speech

"Allow me to welcome you on our new website. Palestinian Energy and Natural Resources Authority (PENRA), established in 1995 by His Excellency Yasser Arafat, represents the governmental institution responsible in particular for the supervision of the energy sector, energy planning, elaboration and implementation of the energy strategy and policy as well as development of the legislation related to the energy sector. The vision of PENRA is to provide safe and sustainable electricity supply to all Palestinian citizens at reasonable prices and to continue on development of renewable energy sources."
